This product offers excellent resistance to sand-blasting applications and will peel off easily without leaving trace. Water based, 1 component lack with high viscosity.
Application
Direct screen-printing
The substrate should be at ambient temperature and completely clean and dry before decoration.
Polyester mesh size between 44-77 are recommended depending on the desired pattern and the amount of detail required. Using a finer mesh may require a second layer of printing as it will reduce the resistance to sandblasting.
Once applied, the product can be left to dry naturally. Temperature and humidity will affect the drying time. After fully dried, the substrate is ready for the sand-blasting application.
To remove the sandblasting lack from the substrate, simply sunk it in a lukewarm water and leave for a couple minutes before peeling it off.
