T-45000 Series, Thermoplastic Container Glass Enamels

Resistant, Lead and Cadmium Containing

This product range offers lead containing glass enamels that are dishwasher safe up to 400 cycles. The colors of this range have exceptional glossy and opaque appearance.

Color Mixing

This product range is fully intermixable, an infinite number of shades can be achieved by mixing. Intermixing gold containing and regular shades are possible but trials must be done before mass production.

*Gold containing colors are indicated. Color shades may vary for gold containing colors due to firing conditions, the mesh size used and the composition of the glass substrate.

Customized color shades are supplied upon request.
 

Firing Range

540-600 °C on Glass

Application

The products of this range are in solid form and only suitable for thermoplastic printing. It is recommended that the glass should be at ambient temperature and completely clean and dry before decoration.

Steel mesh size between 150-300 are recommended.  A finer mesh could be used for gold containing colors due to economic reasons.
