Application

The products of this range are supplied in powder or paste form in solvent based or water-based mediums. All paste products should be stirred thoroughly before each use. It is recommended that the glass should be at ambient temperature and completely clean and dry before application.

Once applied, the product should be force dried at 180 °C. Dust settling on the wet film can lead to pinholes and blemishes; therefore, air drying is not recommended.

Polyester mesh size between 68-77 is recommended for regular colors. If a finer mesh will be used, printing a second layer should be considered for optimum color opacity.

49-63 mesh sizes are recommended for metallic colors.

Powder to medium ratio is 1:0,05 for regular colors and 1:0,1 for metallic colors.
